As Sato’s plan enters its second phase, known as the “Purge,” key political and military figures begin falling one by one. With the operation rapidly advancing toward its final stage, the Japanese government remains steadfast in its refusal to negotiate with terrorists. Behind the scenes, the police, special forces, and even the United States Department of Defense begin making moves of their own.
